How to: Change revision marking defaults.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...', then make changes on the 'Revisions' tab page.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Revisions' tab.
3) In the desired revision group, select the mark to be used to signify the new revision.
Select the new mark
4) Select the mark formatting from the 'Mark' list box.
5) Select the colors for the marks from the 'Color' list box.
NOTE: The selected options are previewed in the 'Preview' boxes to the right.
6) Click 'OK'.
